The location of the hotel is not very convenient as it is far away from the airport and not near any MTR station. However, it is right by the main station, making it accessible for those who are looking to explore different areas of the city.
The hotel staff lack knowledge and gave wrong information about routes and public transport options for guests.

The staff were helpful and cute. Comfy bed and pillows. Good location with restaurants and stores nearby. Great value for money with clean rooms, awesome breakfast options, and reliable shuttle bus service.

I had a fantastic stay here! The family room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel had excellent communication with me and provided a smart phone for good WiFi. The pool and fitness center were great, and I enjoyed a wonderful massage. This hotel is located near the main attractions and markets, with a bus station and free shuttle nearby.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-suited to our needs. It provided ample space for our belongings and was comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the janitor, were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a nice pool area that provides a great atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

We loved the location of this place as it was near various tourist areas but in an industrial area, away from the chaos of the city. Service was top notch with 24-hour room service and shuttle service to nearby attractions. The outdoor pool was refreshing and clean, perfect for lounging in the sun.
We recommend this hotel to everyone as the amenities and service exceeded our expectations.
